The world is in a scramble to utilise natural forms of energy - such as the Sun and the wind - because of the dire consequences of global warming. In the last few years, South Africa has woken up to the fact that it's facing an energy crisis and solar heating systems have taken off. With the aim of easing the load on the national grid and to encourage consumers to go solar, a rebate program has been rolled out.
